I wish to take this opportunity to wish all my readers a very happy new Year (as they say it here "boa ano novo"). I wish for you a perfect health and an excellent serenity of mind for restitution and overtaking in 2012.
I am blogging from within the Ana Aeroporto at Porto in the centre of Portugal on my way to Lisbon in an hour's time. Last year by this time, I was air borne and about landing at Casablanca Mohammed IV international Airport. That was after missing my flight on the 28th and having endured 5 days of cold.
As they say, only the fool does not change his mind. This time, I didnot want to suffer the same fate and having learnt my lesson the bitter way, I arrived at the airport by 2pm for a 9:10pm flight. so my reader, you see we need to learn from every misfortune that befalls us. Indeed, once bitten, twice clever. I hope you are smarting out of your bitter experiences and becoming a better and excellent person from each experience. I wish you well and remember that the first fool is not a fool until you repeat same terrible mistake hence I better hurry out of here and get on board for take-off. If I land safely in Lisboa in 50 minutes time, which I definitely hope will be the case, I will thank God and debrief you of my flying experience on TAP Air (this is my first time using this particular airline. I hope I get some good inflight service). I wish for myself Boa viagem e Adeus.
